How can I edit one order characteristics?

blue Orders page provides several convenient features that allow you to edit multiple orders at the same time, or edit orders one-by-one.

There is two techniques to update orders one-by-one.

Technique 1: Certain label characteristics can be edited simply by double clicking the existing value as shown below.

1. Find the order that you wish to edit.
2. Move your cursor to the weight field and click the existing weight value.
3. The field turns to a data entry field for you to enter a new weight.
4. Enter a new value followed by the ‘Enter’ key and the weight is updated.

Please note that you can update the Service, Weight and Unit fields using this technique, as animation below shows.

Technique 2: Action column allows you to edit all order information for any individual order, including shipping address, package dimensions, weight, service, value, rubber stamps and references. To do that, simply double-click on orders row, or click action icon , and pop-up window will appear where you can insert changes.
