How Can I Optimize My Orders Table to Increase My Order Processing Efficiency?
blue allows you to optimize your Orders table within the Orders page by providing you the following advanced management options:
- Sorting by any column,
- Filtering based on every column data, and
- Displaying or hiding non-mandatory columns.
Each of these optimization techniques are outlined within this article.
A) Sort by column
To sort by any column, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your blue account and go to Orders page.
- Go to the headers of the table and click the up/down arrows
icon to the right of any column as shown below. Depending on the data in the column, clicking this icon sorts your data by ascending/descending values.
If you want to sort Delivery to column by a property click here.
B) Filter Columns Based on Data
To filter your list and only show orders based on criteria that you define, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your blue account and go to Orders page.
- Go to the headers of the table and find an icon with three horizontal lines
(to the right of any non-mandatory column).
- Then, choose the
icon, as show below.
- A drop-down list displays allowing you to choose different filtering criteria to help you find the list of all orders you need in the quickest way.
For example, you can look for all order numbers that start with 123, or all order numbers that don't contain number 44. For this example, we will use 'Equal' to find the order with desired order number.
- When you have chosen the filtering criteria, enter a desired value, and click "Apply", as shown below.
C) Show/Hide any column within the table
Please note that the Selection, Action, and Price columns are required and are always displayed.
To show or hide any of the other columns, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your blue account and go to Orders page. Click on the Columns on the button
on the right side of the table.
- A drop-down list displays allowing you to choose different columns you want to show or hide in your Orders table.
- A list of columns is displayed. To display a column, select the column name. To hide the column, deselect the column name. Columns in table are shown/hidden based on this column management selection.
