How can I simultaneously update several orders with the same information?

blue provides a convenient function for updating a group of orders without having to edit each order separately. In addition to mailclass, weight and dimensions, you can also bulk update consignee information, delivery address, extra service, postmark date, package value, rubberstamps, references, notes, induction ZIP and origin warehouse. Use the following process to change any of these parameters for a group of orders:

1. Go to your Orders page.
2. Select the check box next to each order that you want to change.
3. Click the button "Batch Update", as shown in the image below.
   
4. From the drop-down choose desired property to update, as shown below.
   
                                                                  
   To change, for example, the weight for each selected order, choose Weight in the Batch Update drop-down. Then enter a weight in the appropriate field, and select the weight unit, as shown on image below. 
   
5. Click the ‘Set weight’ button to update the weights for each selected order.
6. The Weight column displays an updated weight for each order that was selected.
7. To change the Mailclass and/or Extra Service, select a Service in Batch Update drop-down and, choose the desired mailclass from the list provided.
   
8. Click the 'Set Service' button to update the mailclass. If you want to change Extra Service, choose the one from the ExtraServce drop-down, and click the 'Set Extra Service' button.
9. The Service column displays an updated service and extra service for each order that was selected.
10. To change any other property listed in the Batch Update drop-down, go through the same steps - select desired orders, click the 'Batch Update' button, choose a property from the list, and enter desired values in appropriate fields that will appear. Then, click the Set button. Orders will get updated.
