How to fill out a customs form from a Shopify order import?

By creating an international label, you must also fill out a customs declaration form and blue has simplified this process for all our users. 

Here are the steps on how to fill out the customs declaration form on the Orders Page in blue:

If you have already imported your orders into the system and you need to update one of those with the customs form, just follow the next steps:

1. Open Orders Page In blue:

2. Click on the row of the order you need to update. The screen below will pop-up and you just need to fill in the all info needed. When done, click update.
