How can I import a new file using the saved mapping?

If you already defined a data source and completed the mapping, use the following process to use this data source template to import other files that have a similar format:

1. Go to the Data Sources page.
2. Find your mapping in the list of data sources, and click 'Import'.
   

   

3. In the new window, drag and drop your new file, and click 'Load data'. 
4. An import preview screen is displayed with a preview of the data from your file in the upper table.
5. Review and verify that the file you are importing matches this mapping.
6. Complete any updates/changes that are required.
7. When you are done, click 'Import' to save any changes you made to this mapping and import orders from your file to blue. 

From here, go to the Orders page to manage your orders, update order data, review the postage prices, and purchase and print labels in the batch. To learn how to do this, please click here.
