Can I connect my Shopify store and import orders to blue™?
Yes, with blue you can easily connect your Shopify store and import your Shopify orders. In addition, you can update orders data, compare postage prices, and fulfill your orders using blue Orders page.
To connect and import orders, follow these simple steps:
1) Log in to your blue account and select Data Sources from the menu.
2) Click 'Create new', as shown in the image below.
3) Choose 'Marketplace'.
4) Choose Shopify marketplace from the list, and click 'Connect'.
5) Enter the name of your shop, and click 'Connect'. To add blue application to your Shopify store, you will be redirected to Shopify.
6) Log in to your Shopify store, and confirm the installation of blue Print & Ship application, as shown below:
After several seconds, the application will be added to your Shopify store and you will be redirected back to blue.
7) Your store now displays in your Data Sources page, as shown below:
8) To import any 'Unfulfilled' orders from you Shopify store (up to 2 months old), simply click 'Import' button. If you would like all your orders to be automatically imported whenever new order is created on your Shopify store, check 'Automatically import orders'.
Please Note: Orders with no shipping address and orders with duplicate order number will not be imported.

| After you purchase a label, the tracking number is sent to your Shopify store and your order is automatically updated to 'Fulfilled'. In addition, this will trigger sending the Shopify notification email to your buyer about the shipped order, including the tracking number. |
