How do I determine what to enter for the weight, dimension, and value fields in blue?

For the Weight field, enter the total package weight as measured after a package is packed and ready for shipping. We recommend that you use a scale to determine the weight of your package.

For Dimension fields, enter the actual sizes of the package as measured in inches. Use the following definitions when completing dimension fields:

• Length is always the longest dimension
• Height is always the shortest dimension and is perpendicular to the length
• Width is dimension of the remaining side; this side is also perpendicular to the length
  

For the Value field, enter the total value of all items that are inside the package. The Value field is usually required for Insurance purchases and for International shipments.
