How can I schedule a Pickup?

In just a few easy steps, you can schedule a package pickup and receive a pickup confirmation number, via our blue website or blue API. For a valid pickup request, there must be at least one Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, Ground Advantage, International or Returned merchandise package.

A free USPS pickup may be scheduled Monday through Saturday until 2:00 AM CT on the day of the pickup. After 2:00 AM CT, same-day pickup is not available.

To schedule a pickup via the blue website, use the following steps:

1. Login to your blue account, and go to PICKUP.
   
2. Click Create New Pickup button and then choose USPS.
   
3. Fill all required information, including pickup address, contact phone number, data about the mail-pieces and a pickup location.
4. When completed, click Schedule a pickup
   
   

After a successfully scheduled pickup, you will receive a USPS pickup Confirmation number.
