How do I check the latest label-status for my label?
In blue every label has a specific label-status which shows its current state. To check a list of all possible label-statuses and their descriptions, please click here.
Check the label-status of your label either through the blue online Shipping Log or via an API call.

Check Label status via blue online Shipping Log
To check label status via blue web application or to find out more information on a specific package, complete the following steps:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to Shipping Log
- Input a tracking number into the search box
- Click Enter
This screen displays a list of all labels created in the selected date range, latest label status, postage price, postmark date, service, origin, and destination cities. You can sort this list by any of the columns.

Check Labels status via blue API
To get and review all data related to a specific label, including the latest label status, you should execute the appropriate GET label call with your desired tracking number. The API response provides a base64 label form, all mail pieces, carrier and pricing information, latest label status, and refund or adjustment details, if applicable.
