How refunds work in blue? How soon will I see my refund for unused labels?

You can explicitly request a refund for any USPS label within the 60-day period after it was created. Manually request a refund through the blue online system by selecting “Delete (Refund)” or by executing the appropriate API call through the blue API.
Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes about two weeks for USPS to finalize the refund request. Once approved, we credit your account for the full label price.

(Note: Refunds must be approved by USPS. To qualify for a refund, the label must not have been inducted into the USPS shipping network.)
