ACH Pre-funding: What does "Insufficient funds" error means? I'm qualifying for pre-funding and I still can't purchase a label due to this error.

There could be a few reasons for this error:

 

1) You don't have enough pending funds for pre-funding. Your 'Pending' amount must be sufficient to cover your pre-funded amount (negative balance).

2) You reached your account maximum pre-funding limit.
