Can I setup a way to add funds to my balance automatically?
Yes, you can. blue allows you to set an auto refill on your default payment method. The auto refill is triggered in one of two ways:
A) when your balance is less than the postage price you are trying to purchase, or
B) when your balance reaches the threshold you have set.
When triggered, your balance is funded with the auto refill amount that you have entered.
To set an auto refill, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to your account My Payment Methods page, find your default payment method, and click Edit
2. Turn on the Auto refill feature, as shown in the image below.
3. Enter Auto refill Amount, which is the desired amount to be filled.
4. Enter Auto refill threshold, which will trigger auto refill when your balance reaches this amount X.
5. Click Save.
When complete, your payment method will show the updated auto refill value and the threshold, as shown below.
