How can I connect my ShipHero Account and import orders to blue?
To connect your ShipHero Account to blue, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your blue account and select Data Sources from the left menu bar.
2. Click on 'Create new', as shown on the image below.
3. Choose the 'Marketplace' option.
4. Choose 'ShipHero' from the list, and click 'Connect'.
5.Next, you will be asked to provide the Bearer Token and Refresh Token which you will easily obtain via your ShipHero account, as explained below.
Follow the simple instructions outlined on the bottom of the page, to obtain required information and connect your ShipHero account to blue.
5a) Log into your ShipHero account
5b) Go to Users and click on '+ Add Third Party Developer' button.
5c) Fill the form with required data. Use our support email address (support@myibservices.com). When complete, click 'Add developer'.
5d) After you successfully added blue developer to your account, the Bearer Token and Refresh Token will appear, as shown on the image below.
5e) Go back to blue, and enter these values as instructed. After you select your desired warehouse, click 'Connect'.
6. Your ShipHero account should now display on your Data Sources page.
7. To import any unfulfilled orders from your ShipHero account, simply click the 'Import' button. If you would like for all your future orders to be automatically imported, check the 'Automatically import orders' option.
Please Note: You can only import domestic orders. International orders, orders with no shipping address and orders with duplicate order number will not be imported.
All imported orders will be on the Orders page within the blue platform. Once on the Orders page, you can update order data, review the postage price, and purchase and print labels in batch. To learn how to manage orders and batch printing, please click here.
When you purchase a label(s), label information like tracking number, price, and mail-class will be sent to your ShipHero account and your order status on ShipHero will automatically be updated accordingly.
