Can I batch update consignee information and delivery address for a group of orders?
Yes, blue gives you the option to batch update the consignee information and the delivery address to a group of orders. To do that, follow the simple steps listed below.
- Go to your Orders page.
- Select the check box next to each order that you want to change.
- Click the button "Batch Update", as shown in the image below.
- Choose Consignee from the drop-down. New fields will appear, where you can enter the consignee's Name, Middle name, Last name, Company, email, and phone information.
- Enter the information you want to update, and click the 'Set Consignee' button. Please note that any empty fields will not update orders value.
- The 'Deliver to' column displays updated consignee information for each order that was selected.
- Similarly, to update the Delivery Address, select desired orders, and choose the 'Delivery Address' property from the Batch Update drop-down.
- A new set of fields will appear, where you can input delivery address details, like lines 1 and 2, city, state, ZIP, and a country, as shown in the image below.
- Enter desired values. Google address autocomplete can help you speed up entering correct address information. Once you are done, click 'Set Delivery Address' button.
- The 'Deliver to' column displays updated consignee information for each order that was selected.
