How can I create a report of all shipping labels created in desired time period?
blue™ reporting feature allows you to create either Simple or Complete reports of shipping labels created on your account.
The Simple report will give you the following information:
- Label creation date
- Tracking number
- Address – Consignee delivery address
- Mailclass
- Package weight (oz)
- Label price
In addition to the above, the Complete report will provide you a bigger amount of data related to your shipping labels, such as
- Label status
- Detailed sender and consignee information
- Package dimension
- Rubber stamps
- References.
To create the desired report, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your blue account and select Reports from the left menu bar.
- Click New Report button, as shown in image below.
- Next, you need to fill in the required information in the form, as shown below. Enter the start and end date of the desired period, enter a name of your report and choose either Simple or Complete report. When done click Create report.
- Once you click Create Report, a new record on your Reports page will appear, showing you the status of your report. Status 'Pending' means that your report is being generated. It might take up to a couple of minutes to create your report, depending on the number of shipping labels. Once the report is ready, its status will become 'Completed' and you will be able to do the download. To download your report, simply click the Download button by the report, as shown in the image below.
To delete one or multiple reports, simply check the box by desired reports and click Delete Selected button in the upper right corner.
