How to create an account on blue?

Welcome to blue! 

Registration is Free. Once you have a confirmed blue account, you will have access to:

• USPS discounted rates
• blue features such as: batch printing, marketplace integration, one-click print and more. 
• Print labels in minutes 

We'd love to help you create an account, just follow these simple steps:

STEP 1. Go to blue.myib.com/register page.

Create an account by entering your name, email address, phone number, address and creating a password. 
Note: The password needs to contain both upper and lower case letters, at least 8 characters, numbers, and symbols. 

When you are done, click 'Sign Up'. 

           

After registration you will be able to go trough blue and check it out without fully singing in. For that, please, follow the next steps after clicking on Activate your account.

STEP 2. There are 4 simple registration steps that need to be completed to activate your  account:

1. Verify your Email address
Click 'Verify Your Email' . You should see a confirmation email from blue™ within a few minutes. Click the button inside the email to confirm your account. 

2. Verify your cell phone number
Enter your cell phone number and click 'Update'. You should receive a SMS text with a verification code within a few minutes.  Enter the code on blue to confirm your account. 

3. Add your address
You completed this step at the registration. Keep in mind that you will be able to edit or add address on your blue account. 

4. Add payment method
Click 'Create New Payment Method' to add your preferred payment method to use for label purchases. We offer several payment methods, but to confirm your account you are required to provide a credit card or bank account. 

You can immediately add funds to your account balance. There is also an option to auto-refill every time you get to a minimum to ensure you can continue printing labels without any downtime.

Note: We also accept multiple payment methods: Credit card, ACH transfer, wire transfer, or by mailing us a check. For high-volume shippers who are also trusted and vetted partners, we offer invoice billing.

STEP 3. After completing these steps, one of our agents will call you to verify your account. Once verified your account will be directed to the blue dashboard and you can start shipping!

Note:  If you would like to avoid the steps above and test our blue platform, you can visit our sandbox page. Here is how: Go to https://blue-sandbox.myib.com/register, create an account by entering your email address and creating a password. You will immediately have access to start printing test labels. Test labels can not be used for shipping real packages.
