How to connect your Amazon store and import orders to blue?
To connect your Amazon store to blue, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your blue account and select Data Sources from the left menu bar.
2. Click on 'Create new', as shown on the image below.
3. Choose the 'Marketplace' option.
4. Choose the Amazon marketplace from the list, and click 'Connect'.
5. The next screen will ask you for your Store Name, as shown on the image below.
Follow the simple instructions outlined below, to obtain the information on the image above and add the blue app to your Amazon store.
5a) Log into your SellerCentral Amazon account.
5b) Enter Developer Name: International Bridge and Developer ID: 366135690671, and click 'Next'.
5c) Follow the wizard, and click 'Next' again.
After you allow International Bridge to access your Amazon account, your SellerID and MWS Auth Token will appear on the completion page, as shown on the image below.
5d) Go back to blue, and enter these values as instructed, create a store name for your Amazon shop, and click 'Connect'.
6. Your store should now display on your Data Sources page, as shown below:
7. To import all unfulfilled orders from your Amazon store, just click the 'Import' button. If you would like all your unfulfilled Amazon orders to be automatically imported whenever a new order is created, then check the 'Automatically import orders' option.
Please Note: You can only import domestic orders. International orders, orders with no shipping address and orders with duplicate order number will not be imported.
All imported orders will be on the Orders page within the blue platform. Once on the Orders page, you can manage your orders, update order data, review the postage price, and purchase and print labels in batch. To learn how to manage orders and batch printing, please click here.
When you purchase a label(s), a tracking number will be sent to your Amazon account and your order status on Amazon will automatically be updated to 'Shipped'.
