How to connect your Etsy store and import orders to blue?
To connect your Etsy store to blue, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your blue account and select Data Sources from the menu.
2. Click on 'Create new', as shown in the image below.
3. Choose the 'Marketplace' option.
4. Then, choose the etsy marketplace from the list, and click 'Connect'. You will be redirected to your Etsy account to allow access to the blue Print and Ship application.
5. Log in to your Etsy account and allow access to blue Print and ship application, by clicking the ‘Grant Access’ button, as the image shows below.
After several seconds, the application will be added to your Etsy account and you will be redirected back to blue.
7. Now that your Etsy account is connected to blue, you should choose which of your stores you'd like to use. Your stores are listed in the drop-down. Choose the desired store(s) and click 'Connect', as shown on the image below.
8. Your Etsy store(s) should now display on your Data Sources page, as shown below:
9. To import all unfulfilled orders from your Etsy store, click the 'Import' button. If you would like all your unfulfilled Etsy orders to be automatically imported whenever a new order is created on your Etsy store, then check 'Automatically import orders'.
Please Note: You can only import domestic orders. International orders, orders with no shipping address, and orders with a duplicate order number will not be imported.
All imported orders will be on the Orders page within the blue platform. Once on the Orders page, you can manage your orders, update order data, review the postage price, and purchase and print labels in the batch. When you purchase the label(s), the tracking number will be sent to your Etsy account and your order status will automatically be updated to 'Shipped'.
