How do I request a refund for unused labels?
You can ask for a refund for all labels you don't intend to use.
Manually request a refund through the blue online system or by executing the appropriate API call through the blue API.
To do it via blue online system, just follow next steps:
- login to your account and go to your Shipping log.
- Search for a desired label by its tracking number.
- Go to label Details.
- If you don't intend to use this label, click Delete(Refund) button.
You can also request a refund for a group of labels, by selecting desired labels, and clicking Refund button in upper left corner of Shipping log page.

Once applied for a refund, label will get Refund requested status and you can not use this label any more.
