Ground Advantage package dimension limits
blue™ gives you have access to the USPS Ground Advantage Service. This service allows you to ship up to 70 lbs at discounted rates to any U.S. destination with an estimated delivery of 2-5 days. For packages weighing under a pound, pricing will be broken up into 4 weight ranges (1-4 oz, 4.001-8 oz, 8.001-12 oz, and 12.001-15.999 oz) similar to how it’s been for First-Class Package Service.
The size requirements for the Ground Advantage package service are the following:
- Minimum size (all pieces ¼ inch thick or less must be a minimum of 5 inches in length, 3½ inches in height, and 0.007 inch in thickness)
- Maximum Size: 130” combined Length + Girth

Ground Advantage Cubic packages

Maximum Size for Boxes: 18" in any single dimension, and total volume cannot exceed 1 cubic feet

Maximum Size for Envelopes: 36” combined Length + Width

Maximum Weight: 20 lbs (320 ounces)
If a package is irregularly shaped, such as rolls, tubes, and triangles it will be subjected to a surcharge.
