USPS delivery status emails
One of the features on our platform is an e-mail update of tracking status. This feature provides real-time updates and confirmations directly to your e-mail ensuring you are informed every moment.
To enable this feature follow the steps:
1. Go to your blue account, click on the button Settings>Preferencesfrom the left side menu. Then under tab General enable USPS Delivery Status Emails. When enabled, this feature is automatically activated on the One Click Print page. Once activated, recipients will receive USPS delivery status emails at the specified email address for all generated labels.
2. To choose an email for receiving tracking status updates click on the New Label button and open the Address Edit page by clicking on the link Click here to type in all address fields individually that is under Delivery Address information. This can be done on each label separately.
Also, if you have enabled USPS Delivery Status Emails on the General/Settings page you can disable it for a label if needed on the button Enable USPS Delivery Status Email.
3.In the field Email add the email address you would like to receive tracking updates info and click on the button Apply From now on the recipient of the package will receive updates on the e-mail as soon as the tracking status of the package is changed on the USPS tracking website.
